Reserve Your Session
Welcome. This is where you’ll find everything you need to understand how senior sessions work and how to reserve your date. Take a few minutes to read through the information below so you can get a clear sense of the different session options, location ideas, and overall flow of the experience. Once you feel confident about what you’d like, you can book your senior’s session directly from this page.

01 Reserve Your Session
Start by reviewing the session options in this guide and deciding what kind of experience feels right for your senior. Once you have a sense of what you’d like, you can reserve your date directly through the booking links on this page.
02 Your Session Day
Sessions run June through October at carefully selected locations throughout the St. Croix River Valley, including the Stillwater area and scenic spots across eastern Minnesota and western Wisconsin. Each session is planned to match your style—whether that’s open fields, river views, or a more urban look—and I guide the entire experience so seniors feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely enjoy the process, with natural direction that brings out their personality in every image.
03 Gallery Delivery
Following your session, you’ll receive a beautifully curated online gallery of your images to view and share with family. From the comfort of home, you’ll have a few weeks to review your photos and decide which collection and products best fit your vision. This flexible experience allows you to take your time, revisit your favorites, and choose what you truly love.

The Classic Experience
One Location Session - $200

The Classic Experience is perfect for seniors who want a laid-back session in one great location while still getting a solid variety of images. I choose spots that offer multiple views without requiring travel, so even though we stay in one place, your gallery will feel anything but repetitive. It’s a great fit if you have a favorite location in mind or just want something simple, fun, and easy.
What’s Included:
One Carefully Chosen Location
We’ll use one location and move around within it to take advantage of different backdrops, light, and textures. That might mean a mix of architecture, greenery, open space, water, or layered backgrounds—so you end up with a wide variety of images without ever feeling rushed or bouncing all over town.
Outfit Variety
Most seniors bring around three outfits, which is the perfect amount to create different looks and styles during your session. I’ll help guide you on what works best so everything photographs well and feels cohesive in your final gallery.
Session Length: 1 to 1.5 hours
This gives us plenty of time to explore the location, capture both posed and natural moments, and keep the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable from start to finish.
The Signature Experience
The Signature Experience is perfect for seniors who want more variety and the flexibility of shooting in two different locations. This session gives us the chance to create a wider range of looks and really show off different sides of your personality. Whether you’re drawn to a mix of city and nature or just want more depth in your gallery, this option gives us that extra creative space while still keeping things relaxed and fun.
What’s Included:
Two Location Session
We’ll plan out two locations that photograph well together and are within a comfortable driving distance, so the session flows smoothly. Popular combos include urban + natural, water + fields, or country + modern architecture. You can also include meaningful spots, such as a barn, an athletic field, or another personal location.
Outfit Variety
Most seniors bring around four to five outfits, which gives us plenty of variety across both locations without feeling rushed. You’re always welcome to bring extra, and I’ll help you narrow things down so everything photographs well and feels cohesive.
Extended Shooting Time
With two locations, we build in extra time so we’re not rushing from place to place. This lets us take advantage of different lighting, explore each spot, and create a gallery that feels natural, balanced, and varied.
Following your session, you’ll receive a beautifully curated online gallery featuring 50 or more fully edited portraits to view and share with family. From the comfort of home, you’ll have a few weeks to go through your images, revisit your favorites, and take your time deciding what you truly love. After viewing the full gallery, you’ll choose the collection and products that feel like the best fit for your family, creating a relaxed and flexible experience without any pressure.
The Silver Collection is my entry collection and includes 20 high-resolution digital images of your choice, delivered via immediate download for easy access and sharing. Your online gallery also provides the option to order professional-quality prints and canvases directly, allowing you to create artwork for your home whenever you’re ready. Additional images and upgrades are always available as you design a collection that fits your family best.
